Name: Calathea 'Surprise Star'

AKA: Prayer plant

Why we love it: Deep green leaves with a silvery-white feathered pattern down the centre and rich purple undersides. A compact, striking calathea that brightens up a lower-light spot.

Light: Low to moderate indirect light

Water: Maintain soil moisture, allowing the plant to dry out a bit more during the winter months. Do not allow the soil to completely dry.

Pet Friendly? Yes! Calathea are pet-safe.

Plants are sold in their nursery pots. Ceramic pots and baskets are sold separately.
