AKA: Giant holly fern, Sword fern, Aspidium munitum

Why we love it: These majestic ferns are known to be tough and weather resistant on the West Coast. These are large ferns that add texture and impact in a shaded  garden.

Light: Full to part shade outside. 

Water: Allow the top 1-2" of soil to dry between watering

Growing zone: 

Victoria, BC and surrounding area is considered a zone 8-9 depending on where exactly you live.

Deer resistant? Yes!

Pet Toxicity: These plants are considered non toxic.
