Why we love it:  A low spreader with very large, barbed, white spines. Although beautiful, these spines can inflict pain. June brings bright yellow, single flowers. This is a cold hardy cactus and is hardy to zone 5. Height: 10 cm (4') Spread: 30 cm (12")

Light: This plant prefers full sun and a warm space. 

Water: Allow the plant to dry between watering. Do not overwater.
