Name: Goeppertia 'Beauty Star'

AKA: Pinstripe plant, Peacock plant

Why we love it: This Calathea is easily mistaken for its classic relative - the Calathea Ornata. Though the leaf pattern is nearly identical, the 'beauty' variety has lighter variegation, and features white pinstripes from time to time.

Light: Low to moderate indirect light. Do not allow this plant to receive direct sunlight, as the leaves will burn. 

Water: Water as the top of the soil begins to dry.
