How do I join?
If you do not already have an account with VI Plant Shop (meaning you have an email/password login to see your orders on our website), please set one up and you will automatically be enrolled in the rewards program! You can set up your account HERE.
Be sure to use the same email address that you've checked out with previously. If you made your first purchase with us in-store, please use the email address you provided at checkout to set up your account so your points will sync.
How do I earn points?
If you look on the bottom right screen, there is a button with a shopping bag icon and (if you on a desktop computer), "Rewards" written on it. If you click that, it will show you some options like "Ways to Earn" and "All Rewards". If you click on "Ways to Earn", you will see the various methods of earning points – Instagram follow, 2 points per $1 spent (excluding shipping/taxes), sharing us on Facebook etc. You can also earn rewards for referring friends with your unique referral link. They get a $10 discount on orders over $40 and you get $10 when they make their first purchase!
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
You can redeem your points in the "All Rewards" section. When you click that, it will show you all options and allow you to purchase $ and % discounts based on how many points you have. When you redeem a reward, you will receive an e-mail with the unique discount code for that reward.
If you shop in store with us and provide your email at checkout, you can also choose to redeem your points in person!
Do my points expire?
Currently, points do not expire.
Are points retroactive?
Points will begin to accrue starting on the day the loyalty program was launched - September 1, 2021. Purchases made before the loyalty program was active do not contribute to your points totals.
Can I use more than one reward discount at once?
Discounts are not stackable and must be used individually.
Can I use a reward discount at the same time as another coupon code?
Discounts are not able to be used on orders where a discount code is already in use. For instance, if we are having a 15% off sale and you input that code, you are not able to also apply your 15% discount or $10 discount to the same order.
Can I use my online points for redemption in the store?
Yes! When you are at checkout, let us know your name so we can pull up your account and see what redemption options you have. If you have a code you had been previously emailed, let us know and we can type it in and get your discount applied.
Can I earn points online and in-store for the same account?
Absolutely! As long as you tell us your account name or email, so we can tie the order to your account, you will be able to earn points with your in-store purchases!
What are Birthday Rewards?
We love birthdays! Enter your Birthday and earn extra points as our gift to you! You will need to enter your data at least a month before your birthday, or bday points will not be tracked until the following year.
How long will the program be running for?
We run this program through a third-party app, so we plan to run the loyalty program indefinitely.
If I return something, do I lose the points from that purchase?
Yes, if you return an item, you will lose the points that you had earned on that item.
If I buy a gift card, do I earn points?
Points are earned when the gift card is spent, not when it is purchased. This is to ensure that points are not collected twice on the same purchase.
