Calamondin Orange Tree
Name: Citrus x citrofortunella mitis hybrid
AKA: Dwarf citrus
Why we love it: These fruit-bearing trees produce small white star-shaped flowers and small slow-ripening oranges. This plant is a cross between a kumquat and a tangerine!
Light: Give your orange tree as much direct sunlight as you can year-round. A large south-facing window or as close to this as you can get. You can also transfer your orange tree to an outdoor location in the warm summer months.
Water: Water once the surface of the soil dries (avoid water-logged or soggy soil).
Pet Friendly? No, the leaves and flowers are not pet-safe.
Plants are sold in their nursery pots. Ceramic pots and baskets are sold separately.
